A Lumberjack and a Tree

Well we are back in Ottawa once again after the two week intense training camp in Charlotte North Carolina

 

It was a great training camp a large number of the Team was down in Charlotte and we were there every morning pushing each other whether it was doing the 10 mile morning runs. lifting in the gym, paddling the course or picking up the best Halloween costume. I would have to say that Ben tom and myself won the Halloween costume bit for sure. I was a lumber jack and tom was tree. Ben, well he went political of course and was the mad hatter tea party.

 

We had some great weather down south and now we are back to the pump house here in Ottawa for a paddle it is rainy and cold here we are definitely missing the warm weather down south and will be happy to head back down there on the 16th of Nov.
